The files have no extension, how do I open this?
Hi Cameron, all the files actually do have extensions. Please see our previous reply here for how to solve that.
Heyho! Some links are not working anymore!

I tried with Google Chrome, Google Chrome Canary, Firefox.
Please fix the links!
They all work fine – but you have to carefully follow the important download instructions first (required by Adobe’s servers), before clicking on any of the links above. If you don’t, then the CC direct links won’t work and you’ll get that “denied” message instead.
If you’ve followed all those directions but are still having difficulties, then try a different web browser (like Chrome or Firefox), another computer, or a better Internet connection (use wired instead of Wi-Fi if possible).
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Finally, we also put together a step-by-step list of download tips if you get stuck or need additional help.
Any way to get the Adobe Story desktop app for free too?
Hey there Christian, here’s the scoop on Adobe Story (Free/Plus).
Hi, I was wondering. Is this Flash Pro CC 2014 (v13.0) or Flash Pro CC 2014 (v14.0.0.110)?
Greetings Ned, these above are the core installers for Flash Professional CC 2014 (Flash Pro version 14.0).
@ProDesignTools
Thanks!

Well, did you carefully follow the important download directions (required by Adobe’s servers), before clicking on the links?
It doesn’t sound like you did.
Very Good!
Can you give me stylish new filter for photoshop cc and cs6
Hello Dharmendra, what is it exactly that you are seeking?
This is a weird website. Are they offering the same products that adobe has on their website??? I don’t get it… now if they were offering the crack/keygen to go with it i would understand but i don’t see any crack for Adobe CC 2014 on this website….
Nope, and you won’t find one either, as it’s a really bad idea…
These are the original and authentic direct download links to the genuine CC software resident on Adobe’s servers.
Is this real?
Yes Yann, absolutely.
Look, here’s what happens when I try installing Adobe After Effects CC 2014 :
Installation Failed
Your installation encountered errors.
The error summary file may help you identify the issue.
More troubleshooting tips:
1. Restart your computer.
2. Exit all applications including startup items, virus checking and firewall software.
3. Close this window and launch the installer again to reinstall your applications.
If the problems persist, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
OK, what does the error summary file say? Did you click on the blue link to see its contents?
Also, did you try the recommended troubleshooting tips, and/or contact Adobe Tech Support?
I downloaded Premiere Pro CC 2014 Windows 10 File 2 914 MB and downloaded as a .txt file.
I changed file extension to .zip and could not unzip.
I changed file extension to .7z and extracted just fine.
Thanks Sean – yes, it is a .7z file. Sometimes your browser (usually IE) changes the file extension when downloading, and you need to change it back.
@ProDesignTools
Ah, good, then it’s not just me. I was using Google Chrome.
Right after, I downloaded the Premiere Pro CC 2014.2 update and it had the proper file extension, but I cannot patch it in to my PP CC 2014.0, due to needing to be signed into CC Desktop App, but I have it for when I am able to sign-in to the Adobe servers that require certain internet speed.
Amazing idea, thank you very much…
So : I succeeded in downloading the Dreamweaver CC14 dwg file for OSX…
And now… i’m lost…
Because it’s not the expected way to install theses programs by adobe… there is another way to proceed isn’t there ?
Inside this disk image i found too many folders… inside one of them a zip which weighs around 200Mo and within : the .app file ! But without installation… It’s useless and doesn’t work…its normal.
How are we supposed to proceed ? Using creative cloud ? Using a hidden installation file ?
Thanks for your patience and all of the rest… really.
Welcome Neborion, thanks for your question. Adobe unfortunately left out the installer for the Dreamweaver package – so please see our previous comments about the DW installer above.
If you have any difficulties doing this with your downloaded Dreamweaver DMG on Mac OS, then check out this additional trick.
Hope that helps.
Can’t download any link. I’m properly signed in the the adobe site.
Chrome: “This webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”
Firefox: “Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server”
If you use the link to establish the cookie when following the download instructions, it will also error out.
Hi SamMax, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Or possibly your firewall, antivirus program (esp. Kaspersky), or other third-party security software? Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
You should probably also check out the step-by-step list of download tips if you get stuck or need additional help.
I have been using Adobe CC (2014 version) on my mac since August 2013. I paid the subscription between Aug 2013 – Sept 2014. I have been using all the applications successfully until 3 days ago when I updated the CC Desktop App to Version 3.5.1.209. Now when I launch an application I get a message asking me to start a 30 day trial. I contacted Adobe and they say I need to start paying for a new version. Is there any way I can get my software working again?
Hey Pete, we’ve never heard of the CC products continuing to work after a subscription had ended, so it sounds like you had a strange and inexplicable situation there… One could look at it as a gift for the time that it worked – but since it wasn’t supposed to happen, it’s probably not realistic to expect it to continue indefinitely.
If you just need your software on an occasional basis rather than everyday, then you could consider a by-the-month CC plan instead.
If you want working tools again right away, then the CC 2015 free trials are newer and fully-functional for a month – or possibly longer:
How to Extend Adobe Free Trials to 44 Days Long, Instead of 30 Days
we need to download both files for acrobat xi pro
Please I need to get the adobe edge animate cc 2015 free version. I got 30 days trial from creative cloud, but that has expired.
Hello Hasen,
For the older, free standalone version of Edge Animate 1.5, see this page for a direct link.
(Make sure to carefully follow the important instructions given there in order for that download to work.)
Thank You. But I have a problem, I had already installed a trial from creative cloud and That has expired. Normally If the trial has expired, Creative cloud wouldn’t support another free trial in the same software. we have to purchase. So I can’t get Adobe edge animate from creative cloud. please give me the another way to download adobe edge animate.
That’s the only way. The link above is not to Creative Cloud. Look for Edge Animate 1.5 on that page. That version is old, but is not a trial – it does not expire.
Hi, i’m trying to download photoshop CC 2014, however like many others here i can´t get through the “access denied” no matter what I do. Already tried the 7-step instructions to download above, three times, but still getting denied access.
PS: when i log in with my adobe account, as instructed, I never see the BIG BLUE Download button anywhere… I tried downloading the Creative cloud for desktop app and downloading anything to get the cookies, but nothing happens.
Hope you can help. Thanks
Greetings George, sorry you’re having difficulties. What happens when you try with a different web browser or another computer?
Check out #3 in this list of download tips. #4 or #5 is also possible, so long as you have carefully followed the instructions.
If that doesn’t help, then please see #2 in that same list of tips. You may be running an aggressive anti-virus or third-party security software like Kaspersky/Anti-Banner. The first step in our download instructions above mention:
“Adobe recommends temporarily turning off any surfing restrictions you might have running, like site or cookie blocking, filtering, firewalls or antivirus software.”
But all the CC 2014 direct links here definitely do work, and the overwhelmingly vast majority of visitors have no problem at all (including us – we use them ourselves frequently).
Hope that helps!
it tells me Access Denied when I try to download
All of the CC 2014 direct links here work fine – but you have to make sure to follow the important download instructions very carefully (required by Adobe’s servers!) before clicking on the links – otherwise they won’t work and you’ll get that exact message instead.
However, for the latest/best versions of the major apps from Adobe, you do not want this page… For those, you definitely want the newer versions instead:
All Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links, for Windows and Mac OS
i have problems with downloading the links… one time it worked, but then i was signed in too – but this doesn’t work. please fix it
Everything here works fine, you just have to follow the download directions first. Being signed into Adobe is not enough by itself.
Hi. Got all the downloads I needed but before I install these installers, i just want to make this clear, should I choose Trial or “i have purchased”? thank you.
@ProDesignTools
oh so sorry, typo error. I meant i have NO problem with downloading the files i needed, sorry again. Just asking which one should I choose. If i choose the “I have purchased” it will not ask for the codes, right? sorry i have to ask, have to be careful. Thank you again.
Which one you choose depends on whether you have already purchased a CC plan or not… Also note that the free trial recently changed to 7 days.
