hi.. how to install adobe edge animate? after extracted on windows?

Hi @ProDesign — First, thank you so much for providing such incredibly in-depth resources! I’m in desperate need of these apps, and am relieved to have found your site. I’d like clarification on 3 items below, and am hoping you can please help. (Btw, I first reviewed multiple pages on your site and also read through the 3 pages of comments here, but didn’t find the clarification I’m looking for.)
I would like to install all applications in CC 2014; and therefore, I downloaded every link in your list above, following your download instructions carefully. Now that I have all the .dmg files on my local drive, it seems that the next step (#6) is to double-click each .dmg file.
1.) I’m trying to decide between using the crack or the keygen. From my understanding, with the keygen, I can set up automatic updates directly from Adobe; whereas with the crack, I will need to manually update with patches (such as these: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2014-updates-links-mac.html) every time there’s an update; is that correct?
2.) Also, in the install notes for the crack, can you please elaborate on #6? Doesn’t #5 take care of #6? And in the install-notes for the keygen, would I need to repeat #7 for every application that I install (i.e., every app within CC)?
3.) Lastly, can you please elaborate on step #7 of the install notes for the keygen? I know where the terminal is, but I am not clear on the rest. It seems that if I choose the manual option, it will be easier for me to simply delete those lines of text should I ever want to undo these app installations in the future (for whatever reason), as opposed to reverting the terminal (which I wouldn’t know how to do). However, can you please further explain where the hosts file is (I cannot locate the “Private” folder)?

Appreciate your words of gratitude Amy – but we very seldom get requests such as yours, much less answer them… In fact what you’re asking is not only wrong and illegal, but also quite dangerous.
One major point of Adobe’s changeover from CS to CC is the best software finally becomes affordable for a huge segment of creative folks who previously could never manage paying thousands of dollars upfront just to get in the door… Instead, there are now legitimate plans & bundles available for as low as $10 a month including Photoshop + Lightroom, plus 60-70% discounts for students and other education customers on the complete package.
So trying to risk if you can safely pilfer the software now (and avoid the horror stories) makes much less sense than it ever did before.

I started out researching the CC software as a trial, but then in clicking through your site, I somehow ended up downloading a keygen. Perhaps I clicked off of your site. Thank you very much for your articles and advice. I didn’t realize the severe dangers and illegality of it. Lastly, thank you for the links about the student discounts, etc… that is very helpful!
No problem Amy, glad to help. And it must be that you clicked off somewhere because we’ve run this site for five years now and have never had anything like that here, and never would.
As for the genuine CC 2014 trials, yes they’re all here – and if you just install the files that you downloaded above, then you can get 30-60 days free of all apps before fully making up your mind on plan purchase.

Hi! I tried to install adobe edge animate, but as in windows it doesn’t have the install.app, so I copied the one from photoshop and tried to install, it did it, but i can’t activate it, there is no “having trouble connecting to the internet?” button. Is there any other way to activate it? or how can i make that the button appears? I managed to install the other apps, this is the only one that is remaining. Thanks for the help.

Hi Myo, are you carefully following the important download instructions given in the article above, near the top of this page?
That is required by Adobe’s servers and if you don’t do it, then you’ll get an ‘access denied’ or a ‘no permissions’ message and won’t be able to download via the CC 2014 direct links.
If you’ve followed all the directions and still are having difficulties, then try a different web browser, another computer, or a better/faster Internet connection (wired instead of wireless if possible).
To complete the installation, you must have Administrator privileges on your computer, plus your antivirus software must allow you to install programs.
Finally, if you just can’t get it downloaded or figure it out, we put together a complete step-by-step list of tips to try.

i am a mac user “MacBookPro 15 Retina” which has Adobe cc, it’s all working with update manager & i can make updates, also i can see in desktop manager CC 2014 for trying out, so what i am asking about it:
CAN I DOWNLOAD as trial from adobe manager or i should download from here, which is nice too???

Greetings, you should be able to choose either option to get the new tools – although here with the CC 2014 DDL on this page, you just click & go, and technically don’t need the CC Desktop App Manager because we also provide the direct links for all the downloadable CC 2014 updates/patches for both Windows and Mac OS.
So it’s really up to you, although one thing for certain is we don’t have any torrents here because it is against Adobe’s rules to redistribute these installer files in any way… If you are trying to get them from anywhere else other than direct from Adobe, then it is not sure exactly what you’re getting or from whom (and possibility of harmful embedded malware in the unauthorized software from an unknown source).
I can only download the 32-bit version of Photoshop CC for Windows. The other downloads failed with error: “You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/PHSP/15/win64/Photoshop_15_LS20_win64.7z on this server. Reference #18.9f184a17.1409767938.9a159” — which is “great”, because I have 30+ computers to install this on…
No worries CVI, you just have to follow the essential download instructions given in the article above (required by Adobe).
I seem to have a problem here, you see, the download link for Flash Pro CC 2014 (PC Version) turns out to be for 64-bit while mine is 32-bit. It seems to be the ONLY download link for Windows PC and I can’t obviously download the Mac version, so umm, can you create a 32-bit download for Flash Pro CC 2014, please?

Adobe Flash Professional was last a 32-bit application in CS6 from 2012, but then it changed to native 64-bit in CC 2013…
For CC 2014 (with the downloads given here above), Flash Pro continues to be a 64-bit-only application.
So our recommendation if you absolutely need Flash Pro for a 32-bit system would be to use the CS6 version instead.
CS6 is still available for purchase direct from Adobe, and older releases like CS6 also come automatically included at no extra charge for all Flash Pro CC 2014 subscribers as well as with the complete Creative Cloud.

How come I cannot see Story Plus? It’s included in the Adobe CC membership?
Yes Nalani, Adobe Story Plus is definitely part of and included in the Creative Cloud (CC 2014).
Adobe Story is primarily an online service, but there does exist also a Story Plus desktop application for working offline… However, it is an Adobe AIR app (not an .EXE or .DMG) and is managed entirely by that service, therefore we are unable to provide a standard direct download link for it.
It is also not bundled with the executable packages that we have linked above, but is downloaded separately from the Adobe Story web page. Look for the “Install Desktop Application” button once you sign in there.
Thank you so much for the provided download links and explanations. I was not able to install InDesign via Creative Cloud. Always ended up with Error 5. I uninstalled and reinstalled, using the adobe cleaner tool, rebooting, visiting the forums, asking questions: no help, no solution.
Today I followed your advice and I could start InDesign CC with no problem!

I want to download After effects CC 2014 for windows. But, i just see file 2 in Adobe After Effects CC 2014, if i only downloaded file 2 without file 1, can i install it without any crash?
Because, there is no file 1, it just looks like this :

Yes, we mention in the footnote of the table above that for some applications, Adobe did not include a File 1 – so in those cases, you just use a utility like 7-Zip to extract the contents File 2, and then install from there.
Access is denied? i can’t download anything from this website because access is denied when i’m trying to download after effect cc 2014, there is showing a message like this :
Access Denied

Please take a little more time to read what we’ve posted… Near the top of this page you’ll find step-by-step download directions (required by Adobe) that you must follow, or else the CC direct links won’t work and you’ll get a permissions denied message like you did.
What about the CC app itself and Media Encoder?
it’s not on the keygen.

Adobe Media Encoder, a standalone application that is used to encode finished premiere projects, works together with premiere pro as an export module.
it’s on the download list but it is not on the keygen.

i see that the 64 bit versions of Illustrator and Photoshop are not available on those links. If i have a 64-bit system and use the 32-bit version will it be a big difference in the functionality ?
also i am trying to get CC working for 3 days now, and i got to the point where Illustrator starts and disappears … i will make today a clean OS install and try again … maybe my Windows 7 Ultimate has some issues with Adobe products (i know this is not normal …)
can you pls help me with some info regarding the use of 32-bit on a 64-bit system.

Hey Florin, the 64-bit versions of the CC 2014 apps are all here and work fine – you just have to make sure to carefully follow the download instructions given near the top of this page!
Try also reading through some of the comments above if you get stuck on that. Or try a different browser or computer, while still following those same essential step-by-step instructions.

After I signed with my apple id, the following page cannot be loaded and is loading till the request is timed out. Any ideas what is the problem? Thanks
Hi Laura, you mean your Adobe ID (and not your Apple ID), right?
Other than that, not sure what your problem might be – certainly the CC 2014 direct links here are all correct and work fine… You might want to try with a different browser and/or Internet connection.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running blocking utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends temporarily turning those things off in the first step of our instructions above.

Hello everybody!
I think I’m stuck here. It happens that using app cleaner I deleted (ignorant and stupidly) the Adobe Application Manager app. After that my cc 2014 apps began to fail so I reinstalled them all.
Everything went well except for Ps CC2014. When I launch the installer a pop up says that I have to download the Adobe Support Advisor which is an obsolete option for this software version.
I reinstalled the Adobe Application Manager, but I still cannot re-install Photoshop.
Any thoughts?

Greetings Miguel, one of the points here is that with the direct download links you should be able to install all the CC 2014 apps without needing to separately use the Adobe Application Manager, Adobe Download Assistant, or Creative Cloud Desktop App…
That said, if your system got in a bad state because of things you deleted, then try downloading and running Adobe’s official Creative Cloud/Suite Cleaner Tool utility for Windows or Mac, reboot your computer, and then start off again with reinstalling exactly what you want.
