Hello… I am a retired typesetter (linotype, Photon pacesetter, comp/edit, windows desktop) and just lost my old version of Photoshop CS due to a power supply failure. Can you possibly provide me with an older version of Photoshop for Windows 10 that I can download at no cost? I only use it occasionally for labels etc. for my wife’s fruitcakes and preserves. Thank you for any assistance.
Sorry, we don’t make the software or supply the licenses. That all comes from Adobe.
We would suggest looking into Adobe popular $10/month Photoshop plan or possibly Photoshop Elements.

The last version of Creative Cloud to support macOS v. 10.13 “High Sierra” was CC 2020… Apple does offer free operating system upgrades, but your computer hardware has to be able to support a newer release of macOS.
Please note however that Adobe is discontinuing public direct download links for older software. Instead, you can get the latest Creative Cloud installers here or the previous CC release here.

Due to GPU limitations on my system, I need to install Photoshop CC 2019, which is the last version that works properly with my hardware. I am looking for a one-time purchase for a version of InDesign that works on a Mac Mojave 10.14.6 computer. I currently use InDesign CS6 but recently it keeps crashing.
Adobe (and other internet sites) say that CC 2019 will work on my machine and that you can sell it.
How can I do this?

The last release of Creative Cloud to support macOS v. 10.14 “Mojave” was actually CC 2021… Apple does offer free operating system upgrades(in order to run a more recent version of CC), but your computer has to be able to support a newer release of macOS.
Regardless, Adobe has an “N-1” Support Policy which means they will only offer and support the current major release and the one prior.
So technically, now, that would mean CC 2026 and CC 2025. In general, they have discontinued installers for earlier versions.
There is one single exception, however. It’s not a standalone installer or direct link – but for customers who need to, you can still download Photoshop 2021 (PS version 22.2) using the Creative Cloud Desktop app by following these instructions… Adobe has made (just) this older release available for users who still wish to use the now defunct 3D functionality in Photoshop.
We think Adobe should really still be giving out prior installers because many subscribers do need them, if for some reason you can’t run the latest CC release – like when you have a somewhat older computer or operating system. The company could still provide these versions, but just disavow any and all official support.
This is up to Adobe though, not us. So while it’s true that you can use any Creative Cloud version with your CC subscription plan, they only sell the latest release… and usually only offer downloads for the current release and the one prior.
As for us, we publish this Adobe blog but do not sell any software at all.
