As from before – no. Animate would open up. And just crash. Deleted the zip and uninstalled, so I’ll try again tomorrow!
OK, well in any event, it shouldn’t be because you have multiple releases of CC/CS installed on your system. That’s pretty common.
Hello, sorry for the bad English, I’m using the translator. I downloaded photoshop 2019 and all went well, however it did not recognize my current creative cloud subscription which is the plan for photographers. Even logging in to adobe, it gives a message “it was not possible to activate”… how do I solve this? thanks
Hello Christiane, first we would say to try deactivating (signing out) and reactivating (signing back into) the software, and see if that helps.
If not, then see Adobe’s help page for activation and deactivation troubleshooting.
…or their help page for Creative Cloud 2019 licensing issues.
Are Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2019 v19.1 or above available to download? So for other versions, as these are all v. 19.0 for Mac.
First thing, they worked fine. Thanks.
Secondly these are initial versions like 19.0 – by any chance, from where can we download 19.1 or 19.2 trials? Contacted adobe but didn’t get anything.
Thank you so much, you have always been life-savers.
Regards
Hi KK, good question. These direct download links are largely the original base “2019.0” versions from the initial release, including for Dreamweaver as you found…
There are no further updates available as standalone installers for this release, because Adobe never provided them.
You could try updating the software from the “Help” menu to get the last available CC 2019 version, which may work although is not using a direct download link.
Hi! Thanks for offering the Photoshop CC older versions! I changed Photoshop CC to install in a different drive location (new volume D) to save space on the C drive. Several of the older versions disappeared when I tried to reinstall.
I’ve had a $9.99 photoshop-only subscription since 2017.
If I access an older version from this site, will it apply to my subscription? Will I have to get another new, additional subscription solely to use the older version from this site? Or will I only have the 7-day trial to use the older version?
Is there a step-by-step tutorial on how to use the links here? I appreciate any response, thanks & have a good day!
Hey Rhonda, current subscribers to Creative Cloud can use older versions of the CC tools if you wish with your paid subscription. Adobe won’t force you to upgrade and there is no extra charge.
You just sign in to the software as normal and the prior release will be automatically validated and activated. In other words, it’s not a seven-day free trial for paid Creative Cloud members.
As far as installing the programs from the download links here, does this help?
— On Windows: Just unzip the downloaded file into a new folder (on your Desktop is the default), and then run the “Setup.exe” executable file within that folder to begin the installation. Feel free to remove that folder once the installation has completed.
— On macOS: Just double-click on the downloaded .dmg file to mount it on your computer and start the installation process.
Trying to load Photoshop 2019. I’m getting an Error Code 41. Logged out and back in to no avail. Mac Pro (1010) OSX 10.13
Greetings Bruce, please see our previous response to a similar comment above.
I’ve downloaded Adobe photoshop 2019 – but when I log in using facebook or gmail.com, it gets directed to a web browser, and it just keeps loading. I can’t log in. I tried disconnecting from the net, but still no use?
Not sure why a browser page wouldn’t load on your computer – we can’t really speak to that. Perhaps try another web browser or restart your computer.
Were you able to get the CC 2019 desktop application successfully installed?
If not, then extract the files from the download, turn off your Internet connection / disconnect the Wi-Fi, and try to install the software again.
I’m having the same problem and my Wi-Fi connection is strong. It’s something wrong with the Adobe authentication page.
If you’re getting this error:
“Update required: Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system.”
or this error:
“The installation cannot proceed as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.”
…then extract the files, turn off your Internet connection / disconnect the Wi-Fi, and try to install the software again.
That usually works.
If still no luck, then see this Adobe help page:
Update your operating system to work with Adobe apps
Hello dear prodeigntools,
i downloaded the photoshop cc 2019 through your site. thanks for providing this version because at this moment my computer is only suitable for this version – much appreciated!!
i noticed my photoshop version is 20.0.1 – is there a way to upgrade it to the newer version 20.0.10 or a lower version of 20.0… etc?
there is no update option on creative cloud for this version 20.01.10; they only provide the 2023 update, but my computer will not support it… thanks in advance
Best regards
Nugraha
Hello Nugraha, you’re welcome and thank you for your kind words!
To answer your question, please see our previous response above.
Hi,
I have a mac pro with High Sierra. I downloaded Indesign 2018 on this site and it’s worked a treat for some months but now I’m not able to open it. I thought I’d try the 2019 version, but your link only takes me to the adobe latest versions.
I see there’s a link for the 7-day trial version – will this be ok and continue working onwards with my subscription? Is it the only option?
many thanks
nigel
Greetings Nigel, not sure why you’d have any issue with downloading the CC 2019 installers above… We just tested all of the InDesign 2019 links and they download & work fine, like they always have. Perhaps try again?
As you may be aware, the latest release CC 2023 will not work on older versions of macOS… The last release of Creative Cloud to support macOS v. 10.13 “High Sierra” was CC 2020… Apple does offer free operating system upgrades, but your computer has to be able to support a newer release of macOS.
Current subscribers to Creative Cloud can use prior versions of the tools if you wish, including CC 2018 and CC 2019 – Adobe won’t force you to upgrade and there is no extra charge. Just sign in to the software as normal and the older release will be automatically validated and activated. In other words, it’s not a 7-day free trial for paid Creative Cloud members.
I’ve had Premiere and Photoshop Elements 2019 on my work laptop/account for a few years now. I’m getting a new laptop though and can’t install them on it. I’m only able to install newer or trial versions. Any advice here?
Greetings Ben,
This page is for Creative Cloud 2019 installer downloads. If you’re looking for Elements 2019 instead, that’s here:

If you’re asking what to do if your new computer won’t support or run your older software, the only thing we can suggest is to upgrade:

Hi,
This InDesign CC 2019 (64-bit) version is not compatible with Windows 11. Any solution to make it compatible?
Hey Vince,
Sorry, there’s not much we can recommend for software so old except to try to run it in Windows Compatibility Mode.
You would do that changing the Properties for the Set-up executable (right click on it), selecting the Compatibility tab, then checking the “Run this program in compatibility mode for” box, and choosing Windows 10.
Who knows, that might help. Good luck!
Do I have any shot of locating an installer fro Premiere Pro 2019 v13.1.5?
I got caught in the Adobe mousetrap and stand to lose around 100 hours of work if I can’t find one.
Welcome Scott,
It’s the same answer as above in the comments, unfortunately.
When using the Photoshop 2019 installer (with CC running; and not running), I’m getting the following error screen:
Any ideas?
macOS High Sierra v 10.13.6
Creative Cloud v5.9.1.377 (most recent)
Mac Pro (2010) with gobs of RAM and disk space
Hi Bruce,
Please see this previous comment above and our response.
Hey there,
I hope you are doing well.
I downloaded Illustrator 2019 for Mac Big Sur, but I’m having trouble getting it to work. Can you also guide me with the process for Photoshop?
The installers should work fine and start out in a 7-day free trial. These links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, these downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software. All you need is a current subscription.
If you’re having any other specific problem, then just post back with the details.
I downloaded and installed photoshop 2019, but its asking for to pay for subscription. I thought this is a crack version. Any help would be much appreciated.
You’re looking for an Adobe patch or crack peddled from the dark corners of the Internet? Sorry, but that’s a dangerous idea and you won’t find one here – because besides being illegal, you have no clue what it could do and how badly it can mess up your system (and steal your personal data & privacy):

Do you have a direct download link for the latest version of photoshop and the version before that? Thanks!

I successfully downloaded After Effects CC 2019. However, the installation process was interrupted because a notification “After Effects error: crash occurred while invoking plug-in AE-XD Integration.” appeared. So how can I complete the installation ?
My device: Catalina Os 10.15
OK, see if the suggestions given in this Adobe Forums post help:
Crash occurred while invoking plug-in “AE-XD Integration”
I cannot get Illustrator 2019 installed on my Windows 7 Pro no matter what I do. First I got just the white box. So I then lowered the internet security settings as per the post I found on here. Then when I went to log in it would try to send me a security code because the password would not work. But it would say error that it couldn’t send password to email either. SO then I clicked on create a new account with another email and that worked… to a degree. Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 show up under my programs but Creative Cloud just says “unable to reach adobe servers” and Illustrator says “AIGPUSniffer has stopped working” error and also say “can’t verify subscription”. I am lost. I have an Adobe account that works on other computers and I pay for but I NEED to put it on this Windows 7 machine. Help please, I have spent weeks. I even tried to create a dual boot into Windows 11 but that managed to not load and corrupt my HD.
Hi Jay, did you try googling the exact text of the errors/messages you received?
For example, here:
How to fix “AIGPUSniffer quit unexpectedly”?
(Please read till the end; there are a couple of things in it.)
You can also try the steps below to cleanly wipe and reinstall all Adobe software from your machine:
1. Uninstall the Adobe app(s) using standard OS procedures.
2. Download & run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, remove the app(s).
3. Reboot your computer (don’t skip this step).
4. Start again from the top by reinstalling the tool(s) you want.
5. Make sure you are running the installer with full Administrator rights on your machine.
Hello, thanks for replying. Yes, I did search for all the problems I’m having and that was the way I was even able to get to this point. But now I am stuck and cannot find an answer to this. Every time I ran the installer, I did select “run as administrator.” I re-downloaded it multiple times just in case. And even the 2018 version. Also I did use the CC Cleaner Tool and rebooted each time I tried. I have never had to uninstall it as it never got far enough to put it on. But now it currently has Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 listed under uninstall programs (as well as 7 different Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables that were installed at the same time). Any help is greatly appreciated.
Did you see this page? It’s the first thing that comes up on search:
How to Fix “Error: Unable to reach Adobe servers”
It may be that you simply need to upgrade Windows 7 to TLS 1.2.
I went through about 6 hours of updating everything I could and what’s weird is I found two tests to check to see if I could reach the Adobe servers and I could. And TLS 1.2 was working properly (supposedly). I did so much at once I can’t tell what changed what but I am a little closer now. Now I am back to the AIGPUSniffer interface binder has stopped working which I had previously gotten rid of. I will go over how to solve that again and report back. This site is full of great knowledge and thank you for you help thus far!!!
Sure – good luck with it, Jay. You’re welcome, and thanks for the kind words!
Okay got it to work. I honestly did so many things I’m not sure what solved it. I believe it was a registry key I added for TLS. Thank you for your help, and everyone else who’s posted a lot of good information here.
Terrific! Glad to hear it, and thanks for letting us know.
The link to download After Effects 2019 is broken
Hello Ana, thank you for the heads-up. Best as we can tell, Adobe has removed all direct download links for the CC 2019 versions of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Character Animator from their servers.
Ordinarily, we would suggest using the CC 2018 links instead, but it appears they have done the same for those apps in that release as well.
Sorry about this. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to restore those installers, as Adobe has been talking about pulling down older versions for some time.
Officially, Adobe only supports the current release (now CC 2024) and the one prior (CC 2023) for download.
This is called their “N-1 Support Policy,” as detailed here. If you have needs for prior versions, you can contact them directly to let them know:

Hi there. I’ve been trying to download the 2019 and 2020 version of illustrator on an apple macbook pro, running mac OS 14.3.1. I have creative cloud downloaded. I then download the files from your website and double click the installer. It brings up the creative cloud login, so I put in my email but before I can put in my password it brings up a loading screen and then it loads for hours on end, with no change.
Illustrator 2020 has a specific tool that no other version has, and you no longer have this available on the app. My whole art practice revolves around this, can you please help me?
Hi Ella, see the links and try the suggestions given here.
Hello there,
I’ve been trying to install Photoshop 2019 on my imac and I keep getting Error 41. My imac runs mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 and it’s my only option for a work computer at the moment – any help to install a compatible version of Photoshop will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Amit
