Hi, I downloaded your “offline installers” but they seem to be not offline installers, They keep asking me to sign in upon installations and don’t give me the option to offline activate at all. Any work around?
Hey Abi, the Creative Cloud versions of Adobe applications do not support offline activation… However, using the links above, you are able to download and keep/backup offline copies of the actual product installers themselves – which is normally not possible when you use the standard Creative Cloud Desktop app to manage the process.
So yes, after download and installation of the CC tools is complete, you need to connect online briefly to activate the software the first time you run it. But that is all, and from that point on you are able to regularly use the applications offline without needing an Internet connection.
When I download file 1 and 2 and i go to run AfterEffects_12_LS20.exe it says me that “a part of archive missing” or something like that. The installation instructions are not helpful. Please, write a step by step guide.
Hello Paul, this might help you.
Hello
Thanks for your site.
I installed Photoshop, Muse and Edge without problem but for Illustrator there isn’t any amtlib.dll file.
Do you have any solution?
No, sorry. But if you’re trying to install a crack of some kind, then that’s a really bad idea…
Hi! I’ve recently come on board with a theatre construction/consulting firm and will be working with a team member who is mostly responsible for creating art for online and print marketing. I have CS5 on my personal machine at home (from grad school!) but here at work, I only need Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I’d like to be able to open and edit my teammate’s files from our shared server.
Are those three available on a subscription basis? Are they each $9.99/mo?
Thanks so much for your help.
Hi Marta, for the latest/best versions of the major apps from Adobe, you do not want this page… For those, you definitely want the newer versions instead:
All Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links, for Windows and Mac OS
But yes, all three of those desktop applications are available on a subscription basis. However, there isn’t a CC bundle or “suite” with just those three applications.
With the newest Creative Cloud release, you can get either a Single-App Subscription (or multiple of these combined together) – or the complete package (which includes All Apps available) which has more than what Creative Suite Master Collection ever had.
Hope that helps!
Hello. The Photoshop CC trial for Mac is not working. Can you please update it?
No, it works fine (just tested yet again) – you just have to make sure you first carefully follow the download directions as described above.
A reader was asking if could post the standalone installers for the InDesign CC Server… So here are the direct links to download the older version or free trial of Adobe InDesign CC 2013 Server:
InDesign CC 2013 Server – Windows (534 MB): File 1 File 2
InDesign CC 2013 Server – Mac (571 MB): File 1
If you haven’t purchased it yet, how long does the free trial last?
Nice
The direct links above continue to work – but to download the newest releases of the Creative Cloud 2017 tools, check out the standalone installers here:
New Adobe CC 2017 Direct Download Links, for Windows and Mac
All Creative Cloud subscribers are entitled to download & use whatever CC version you want for your tools.
I just have downloaded Adobe after effects and during installation, it shows the message like: ‘check the PDApp log. click here. Or open adobe website for more’
what should I do to install this?

I Use a MacBook Air and Google Chrome. I managed and installed PS CC 2013. When i came back… THE SERVERS WERE DOWN! HELP PLEASE!
Not sure Ren; everything seems OK now… We have no problems using the direct links above.
Could you please make and post direct downloads for Fuse too?
It’s 5GB, so compressing the files would be greatly appreciated too.
Yes, you’ll find the those right here:
The Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links, for Windows and macOS
(Please be sure to carefully read and follow the instructions given there.)
BTW, all Adobe file/installer downloads are already compressed.
When I wanted to install After Effects CC… i checked the .dmg file (I run MacOS Sierra)… But when i opened it…
There’s No deployment. “HELP! PLEASE!”
@ProDesignTools
OK, It’s fixed i guess… works perfecto. Adios! (Goodbye)
I am not able to download After effects. Getting a permission denied error.
Can you help please?
Getting below error:
“You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/AEFT/12/win64/AfterEffects_12_LS20.exe” on this server.”
Please make sure you are first carefully following the essential download instructions given in the article above, near the top of this page… Those are critical for the direct links to work, otherwise Adobe will not grant you access.
If you continue to have any issues, try using a different web browser, another computer or Internet connection – while still following those same step-by-step directions.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Additionally if it helps, we put together a complete list of download tips you can check out if you are stuck for any reason.
Finally, are you sure you want/prefer the older CC 2013 apps on this page over the newer/latest CC 2017 releases?

Adobe Lightroom 6/CC Direct Download Links, for Windows and macOS
Hi there ! I’ve managed to download Adobe After Effects CC (I need it to save a file to CS6 for a client, whereas I’m on the latest version of CC). Unfortunately even though I’ve installed it, I can’t access it – the AE icon is crossed out and says “You can’t use this version of the application ‘Adobe After Effects CC’ with this version of OS X”. My OS is El Capitan 10.11.6. Any idea what I should do ? Thanks !
Well, you can check against Adobe’s official system requirements for After Effects CC (various versions):

Are Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) Files & Projects Backwards Compatible?
Hello ProDesign Team, congrats for all your work, really helpful !
I have some questions. If I start a project in Premiere Pro CC 2013 TRIAL VERSION (7 days), can I keep working on the same project but in a different Trial Version of Premiere, CC 2014 for example, and then in CC 2015 and on ?
Is the project compatible in all versions of the same application ?
Thanks in advice!
Mmm, sort of – but it’s not really recommended…
Adobe’s best practices state that opening a project in the same version of Premiere Pro that created it is always the best and safest way to go – and is the least likely to develop any issues from trying to migrate projects forward to newer releases.

Updating and Backing Up Premiere Pro Project Files: Best Practices
Hope that helps!

Hi,
Is it possible when I have all the individual installers to put them in one installer like a master collection installer?
No, sorry – we’ve never heard of anything like that, though it seems like it could be a good idea.
Great news everyone… Adobe finally came through!
The new CC 2019 direct download links are now available for immediate download here:
