I so want to win this. I was going to get the CS6 Master Collection but this would be so much better!
This would be really great for my upcoming website jobs would make life a lot easier!
I sure agree that this is an awesome opportunity for “multi-task” artist (video, picture and sound manipulating, as well as programming website and similar stuff).
I’d love to get the opportunity for myself, so yea, selfish me … :D
Any winner will surely be most happy to get it …
art from the heart
I love the entire Adobe suite, I use it for filmmaking and web design. There isn’t anything I do on the computer that doesn’t involve using Adobe. I wish I owned it so bad, because right now I am just using the demo of CS6.
I am seriously considering the cloud, or buying the suite. So much more to learn. I’m hoping to win!! Thanks so much for the great product offerings. Love Adobe!!! The new Photoshop apps are great too.
Hi Shar, this new comparison guide can hopefully assist in your decision:
Creative Cloud vs. CS6 Traditional: Which is Right for You?
Hope this helps!
That’s good news for students like us! Thanks for the info! :)
Any idea if they are allowing the same for Master Collection?
Nevertheless, I wish Adobe offered free software to students like Microsoft and Autodesk does. Microsoft has offered the DreamSpark scheme for students. And one of my friends studying architecture informed me that Autodesk offers free software to students too.
As for the trouble with the trial, I literally had a digital boxing match with the trial! LOL!
The download manager produced incomplete download, and the direct download links (apparently 100% complete) will not extract! I tried all the suggestions given @ https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html. I’d given up finally. I wish Adobe would simply zip the files and create a resumable link…
Sure Andy, glad to help. The two suite editions available for educational customers in India are Design Standard and Design & Web Premium…
And yes, while not the Master Collection, Adobe does offer some free software for students!
I’ll admit it: as a long time consumer of the “purchase” frame of mind (buy dvds, don’t stream often, buy CDs, don’t subscribe to music service, buy (with pain) upgrade (much less pain now – it pays to be consistent)), watching cloud “experiments” take place, pretty untrusting of the security implications (of some clouds), etc. and on and so forth, the cloud will require a re-think followed by a possibe re-do but only after the re-think.
It does come with some extra goodies that are enticing; yet I am going to have to study “letting go” because, in a sense, that is what it amounts to. Clearly, to be continued… p.s. as a math major, I do have a penchant for ()’s…sorry.
Thanks for your thoughts Al. Considering your analytical mind and penchant for these sorts of details, you may find this worthwhile reading:
Adobe Creative Cloud: Your Top 80 Questions (and Answers)
It’s interesting, but something I’d certainly want to look into further and see if I can’t judge costs down the road. Right now, I’m a student, I regularly use CS and I’ll probably be using CS for the rest of my life in my career, so it’s finding the best cost-effectiveness for my situation.
The Creative Cloud is an interesting concept. I would like to have the possibility to use the Adobe programs I am missing.
I am excited about the Creative Cloud updates and applications without the upfront expense. Yeah Adobe!
I am curious about the cloud. It would be great to have access to all of the programs! I currently only use Design Premium products but would love to try the others, as well.
Hey there Glaborde, it’s actually pretty easy to try out if you want to – as Adobe offers free 30-days trials of Creative Cloud for download and install… After the month is up, you can purchase either the Cloud or the CS6 apps normally, or win here!
Either way you can keep a free level of Cloud membership indefinitely, with 2GB of storage space to sync, share, and browse your files online. Good luck!
So so so NEED to win this!
[Grinning] Guess what? We just started with Flash last week! So Flash Builder will definitely come handy!
Thanks again! And I guess now I have a reason to say, “I love Adobe” and “I love Prodesigntools”… :))
Hey, that’s great Andy, and you’re very welcome… thanks for stopping by!
Creative Cloud is a brilliant idea. I hope I am lucky and win a membership!
What isn’t included in the cloud subscription? Is Captivate part of it? Will members get to be beta testers for new software?
Greetings, Creative Cloud members receive early and exclusive access to new features in production tools – for example, see this morning’s announcement on added innovation for subscribers…
On the rest of your question – here’s a list of what’s currently in the Cloud, and a list of what’s not in the Cloud.
Finally, cloud pricing might actually put Adobe products within reach of us mere mortal hobbyists!
Hate to sound bitter but I never win. :( It’s sad after the fact I was the only one who defended their new paint tools for cs5 in imaginefx, but i will still support and acknowledge adobe products!
@ProDesignTools
Thanks for the links. It’s getting harder to find a reason to stick with the old way.
I could really use this for my design work. I like how Adobe has created a cloud-based CS6 solution for those who can’t afford to purchase the full retail version :D
Really need! Love Adobe products, use them exclusively. Onward and Upward!
Great!!! Would like to try this one.
A great way to balance out the cost of the best collection of creative software available!
I will be so happy to win this great Giveaway. Because It will end my constant re-installation of CS6 trial versions and Windows OS every 30 days on different hard disks and PCs and thus will leave more time, attention and piece of mind for real creativity.
With the low cost monthly membership Adobe Creative Cloud is a great opportunity for me as a start-up, and still learning freelance graphic designer to deliver commercial work to clients with the newest and legal genuine Adobe CS6 products without the substantial initial cost for the retail versions.
Thank You Adobe!
To win or not to win, that is the question.
