My favorite new feature is the mapping and gps stuff built into LR4
Sure i plan to upgrade to LR4 at some point. All my friends say I should get LR now! I am currently using PSE5 organizer.
I’m currently using Lightroom 3. This is my first experience with Lightroom and I love it. I have watched tutorials on Lightroom 4 Beta at Lynda.com. Chris Orwig is a awesome teacher.
The feature that I’m most excited about is creating a Custom Book Layout. I have used that in the past in iPhoto and now I can enjoy it directed through Lightroom. Thank you Adobe staff.
I am currently using LR 3.6. I haven’t downloaded the LR4 beta yet, but will do so and most likely upgrade (unless i win this and get it for free).
This program has been invaluable for me over the years.
I have checked out Lightroom 4 Beta and am totally sold on the product. I have never used any of the previous precursors to LR 4 so I don’t know what is new. I just know it’s like a breath of fresh air after doing everything manually in Photoshop CS2. (I know, it’s old school.)
I would/am using it in every day usage to produce higher quality stock art, and paid work.
Had a version of light room 2 a few years ago but can’t find it now… just found an interest in my digital SLR again, so will look at the new version once its out!
I am looking at buying a new camera and would like to have the new lightroom. It would allow me to be way more efficient and would save time.
– Using LR4 beta – the blurb book tool makes it very easy to create books.
I have not downloaded the beta 4 but have seen some demos at Imaging. Great stuff. I use Lightroom 3.6 to edit all my images and will definitely upgrade to the new version.
I will use Lightroom 4 to process photographs; recently purchased several Canon lenses and a camera, so I will be taking lots of high quality photos.
Favorite? The layout of the Basic module. I’m new to LR, and it just seems to make sense right off the bat.
Absolutely going to be upgrading from LR3… Have been playing in the beta for LR4 and can’t wait for the final release… Some fantastic new tools!
Currently running LR 3.6.6 will upgrade to 4 as this product has become an indispensible link in the production chain.
I have been waiting on Lightroom 4 to come out to purchase. I currently don’t run any version of Lightroom, but beta has been a great learning experience.
Have run the beta – books looks to be the best new option, but hopefully there will be more than one choice of printer.
Running LR3 64bit now and have downloaded the LR4 Beta; will upgrade when final release becomes available.
Love the look of LR4 and will certainly consider upgrading from LR3 once people have had a play with the full release version. I especially like the integration of basic video and improved cataloging with geo-tagging. Anything to make life easier and faster.
I use LR to catalogue and do some basic editing prior to sending to family and friends. If I need more detailed work I use PS but it rarely needs that amount of work.

Hi There.
I’ve been running LIghtroom 3 since its initial release, and I can’t wait to own Lightroom 4. It’s such a fabulous piece of software, and I can’t wait to see all the improvements Adobe has made.
I am using Lightroom 3 and upgrading to Lightroom 4 as soon as I can.
I really like the interface of Beta Lightroom 4. Particularly the new options for use with the web and slideshow options.
Running LR 3.6 now. Plan to upgrade when LR4 is released.
I’m currently using the amazing 4 Beta with much love being given to the Map! However sadly I will probably have to roll back to version 2 when the Beta ends. :(
Currently use Lightroom 2, also using Beta 4.. Lightroom 4 depends upon the price of an upgrade…
Thanks
Lightroom 4 is great and works faster on my PC
I’m currently running LR3 now and have loaded the beta though I haven’t had too much time to play with it. What I’ve seen from LR4 however, I like the nuances and plan to upgrade:)
I should add that I’ve only been using LR3 since Oct. 2011 so I still have a lot to learn:)
