I downloaded Bridge 64 but the only things in the 7z are .xml files…no installer. How am I supposed to install this?
Tom, on Windows just extract the package and then look for the Set-up.exe inside the “Adobe CC” folder. Double-click that to start the installation process.
Hello. Is it possible to delete the downloads and go through these steps again if it does not work? I’m on MacOS Sierra and I can’t seem to get the downloads to finish correctly.
Hello @John & @Rick,
We did some more digging… and it turns out that on Mac OS Sierra, you currently need to use this workaround to get the CC standalone packages installed:
Installing Creative Cloud Applications on Mac OS v. 10.12 (Sierra)
So hopefully that solves the problem for you! We will also add this note to the article above.
I followed all of the instructions and received an error message after installing Premiere Pro CC (Exit Code 7). I’ve encountered a similar issue before with the same error when I tried downloading Lightroom for CC some time ago and I believe that it was an issue with insufficient storage (possibly not enough RAM), but I’m still not very sure. After reviewing the installation log file, there were many possible issues along with solutions that were offered, but nearly all of them failed (or I simply didn’t do it properly). I’m pretty stuck now as to what the real problem is and how exactly I can fix it, if possible. Help please?
Greetings Elaine, typically the best thing to do is google the exact text of the error message you received… Because there are many millions of users of these products, that will often turn up the solution.
@Farid Kerba
@ProDesignTools
same thing happened to me as well.
Yes, please see the solution linked in our previous reply.

Any solutions so far?
Not that we’ve heard of. On the page you linked, Adobe says:
So when might this future update be coming out?
See the top of this article for our best guess on when this next version might happen.
At the latest, the company said: “All of these new releases will be available to Creative Cloud members later this year.”
Update:
Good news. It looks like the new release of CC 2017 that just came out has been tested and fixes the issues you encountered with macOS 10.12 Sierra.
Found a solution…
Follow the steps in the link below…

Great, thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the links.
I’ve followed the instructions and tried to download Photoshop and Illustrator and every thing is OK, but I wasn’t able to download Indesign and I get 403 Error (access denied).
What’s the problem here?
Hi Mohammed,
All of the original CC 2015 direct links here work fine – but you have to make sure to follow the important download instructions first, which are given near the top of this page. Following those is required by Adobe’s servers (before clicking on the links), otherwise you will get an “access denied” message instead.
If you have any further difficulties, then you might want to try with a different web browser or another computer – while still following those same directions.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Or it could be your firewall, antivirus program (esp. Kaspersky), or other third-party security software. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Finally, we put together this list of download tips if you are really stuck for some reason.
A reader was asking if could post the latest standalone installer for the InDesign CC Server… So here are the direct links to download the current version or free trial of Adobe InDesign CC Server:
InDesign CC 2015 Server – Windows (515 MB): File 1 File 2
InDesign CC 2015 Server – Mac (505 MB): File 1
If you haven’t purchased it yet, how long does the free trial last?
So I followed the Instructions list to the letter, left-clicked the DDLs and I’m told I don’t have permission. I tried right-clicking and saving the link, same issue. I turned off my antivirus software, firewall, etc. But nothing works. All Chrome has for an explanation is this:
” You don’t have permission to download this file from the server.
To fix, go to the website where the file is hosted. Check if you need to sign in (or provide some other authentication). If you can’t sign in, contact the website or server owner, or try finding the file on a different site.”
Any help on this matter would be wonderful.
Hey Kevin, check out this list of download tips for further assistance and our suggestions on making it work.
Any idea what
ERROR: DW013: Unable to locate volume for path. Please verify that path [StartMenuSubFolder] is a valid path. Please ensure that if any intermediate directories exist, they are valid directories and not files/symlinks
stands for?
Trying to install Fuse (with PS installer) on OSX 10.9.5 but cant get beyond that.
Hello Fritz, did you get an Exit Code number or anything else like that in the error message?
If so, try googling the exact text of what you received and see if it turns up a solution for you… Because there are many millions of users of these products, that will often find the answer.
Hi pro design tools. I’ve followed all the instructions on how to install the software. Managed to install it successfully for photoshop, illustrator, dreamweaver, premiere pro and after effects. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered a problem when it comes to installing adobe muse cc. When the install wizard came out, it directly shows where to install. It doesn’t direct to the “Enter Key Serial Number”. Help me please!
Not sure what you’re describing exactly. Could you rephrase, or perhaps post or search the text of any message you’re receiving?
Hi, Are you going to have the Photoshop CC 2017 updates? Thanks
Yes, Adobe tells us these are coming, however they have not been released yet… But we are following this very closely and will post the CC 2017 direct download links here on our site as soon as they are available.
@ProDesignTools
Adobe Tech support, from India called me this morning about the ongoing issue that I had creating 3D out of art with a text “The art is so complex.” They recommend updating to CC2017 that came out 3 hours ago. I said I am not using CC cloud. The support team was trying to convince me, that it’s only way to update.
Where are the Adobe CC 2017 download links?
Adobe has not yet released the offline installers for CC 2017… But we are in close contact with them and we expect to have the new direct download links here soon.
It says this:
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/PHSP/16/osx10/Photoshop_16_LS20.dmg” on this server.

How do i solve this
Thanks
Greetings Robert, as noted in the article above, you need to follow these download directions first in order to access the direct links, otherwise you’ll get that permissions or access denied message coming from Adobe’s servers instead.

Hi, I tried to download Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 from this page, as I need it now to remain compatible with specific files and plugins, may need to reinstall it in future to remain compatible with archived files and older computers, and I prefer the security of knowing I can do this offline, from an archive, instead of through the CC app. However, when I click on the above link, I receive this error:
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/PPRO/9/win64/PremierePro_9_LS20.7z” on this server.

Hi Dae, as noted in the article above, you need to follow these download directions first in order to access the direct links, otherwise you’ll get that permissions or access denied message coming from Adobe’s servers instead.

Hi,
When I clicked to install the Ai file, there was a pop-up tab that said the installer failed to initialize because there is a missing file and I have to download Adobe Support Advisor. What should I do?
Thanks so much.
Hey Jojo, the Adobe Support Advisor has actually been discontinued. “Installer Failed to initialize” is a generic error and we need to figure out what is causing the trouble. Most of the time, it’s an issue with the download that it was not successful or downloaded properly. So, in such cases, try downloading the software again and see if the same thing happens or not.
If you still get the same message after that, then see this Adobe forum thread for other possible solutions.
Hi,
Thank you for your reply. It worked :)
@ProDesignTools
Yes, that worked as you suggested. Thanks.
Great, glad to hear that in both cases – and thanks for letting us know.
