https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2019-direct-download-links.html
it is now in a folder called adobeillustrator23_HD_win64
nothing has happened/prompted after downloading the above. how do i open illustrator now? do i need creative cloud installed or something?
i cant find any instructions on your website on what to do after downloading the above.
cheers
James
Sure, it shouldn’t be too complicated. Does this help?
On Windows: Just unzip the downloaded file into a new folder, and then run the “Set-up.exe” executable file within that folder to begin the installation. Feel free to remove that folder once the installation has completed.
On macOS: Just double-click on the downloaded .dmg file to mount it on your computer and start the installation process.
thanks, I will try this in the morning and let you know how I get on.
cheers, James
Hi,
I am trying to download an old version of Photoshop, Photoshop CC 2015 (64-bit) to be exact, on a Mac. I followed the steps above and the link only leads to the Adobe site. How can I download this?
Thanks
Sorry, Adobe pulled the installer for Photoshop CC 2015, so it is no longer available now… See:
Adobe Limits Software Version Downloads, Incl. Some Direct Links
However, other CC 2015 direct links above do still continue to work. And the standalone/offline installers for newer releases of Photoshop – like CC 2017, CC 2018, CC 2019, … CC 2023 – can be obtained here:
Adobe Creative Cloud Direct Download Links for Windows & macOS
Hope that helps.
I downloaded the Lightroom 6 from CC 2015 and everything is working well, but then Adobe asks for a serial number that I never received and I don’t know where to find it…
Sorry, Lightroom 6 was discontinued by Adobe several years ago… LR6 stopped receiving new lens/camera support and bug fixes near the end of 2017, and won’t run on modern operating systems like macOS Catalina and newer. Further, the Lightroom 6/5/4 Map module is permanently broken now, because of subsequent Maps API changes made by Google.
So, Adobe no longer makes or sells LR6 – and there’s nowhere that you could purchase it legitimately (and safely), even if you wanted it.
Unless you previously owned Lightroom 6 and just needed to re-download the installer, then here on this page is just a trial – and the only product you can buy from Adobe now is the latest version of Lightroom Classic as part of the Photography Plan.
I have tried to download your direct link to photoshop 19 for my older Mac. I have a CC account. When I try and run the install it comes up with an error stating some files are missing. Any ideas please
Sorry, not sure; what is the exact text of the error message you received?
Knowing that is important to help, and googling it can often find a solution.
Also, what is the operating system and version you wish to install the software on?
Nobody else has reported a problem, so we’d definitely need more detail in order to help you out.
It is error code 41
That’s it? If not, what is the full and exact text of the message?
You can try this:
How to Fix Error Code 41 When Installing Adobe Creative Cloud?
It is a 2011 Mac, your help message talks about windows only. The picture on your help message is exactly what I am seeing
OK then, so this is the complete text of the error message?
“Sorry, installation failed
Installer was unable to access a critical file/ directory, please try installing again (Error Code: 41)”
You mention installing on a 2011 Mac. What version of macOS are you running? Is it Mac OS X v10.9, v10.10, or v10.11? Make sure that your system supports CC 2015:
Adobe Creative Cloud Official System Requirements
If your system is supported, then perhaps this will help:
1. Uninstall all Adobe apps using standard OS procedures.
2. Download & run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, remove all apps.
3. Reboot your computer (don’t skip this step).
4. Start again from the top by reinstalling the Creative Cloud tools you want.
5. Make sure you are running the installer with full Administrator rights on your machine.
Here’s more info on that error, if you need it.
Hi, I cannot download Photoshop 2015. It opens a link to creative cloud. Can you help me please!!
Hello Kloe, please see our previous response above here.
I’m trying to run illustrator on Mac Os Sierra 10.12.6, Mid 2010,: and I’m having an issue opening the installer.
The error that opens reads “There is no application set to open the document ( Illustrator_19_LS20_win32.7z)
Search the app store for an application that can open this document, or choose an existing application on your computer.”
I’m not sure if i downloaded the wrong file, but i got it from the website above, also i used safari.
Hey Deon, it sounds like you downloaded the Windows installer (a .7z file) rather than the Mac installer (a .dmg file). Just try again with the right column.
Tried installing InDesign 2015 on new MacBook Pro (M2 Max, 13.2.1) and get this error: “Install” needs to be updated”
Link takes me here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208436
This implies that the “Install” is only 32-bits, but the download is for 64-bits.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Paul
Sorry – because of major changes Apple made in macOS version 10.15, the installation of any Creative Cloud apps prior to CC 2019 is not supported on Catalina and newer versions… This is because some components of older Adobe software was created using 32-bit architecture and do not work on 64-bit-only operating systems.
For more information, please see this Adobe help page with further details:
Why Don’t My Adobe Apps Work in macOS Catalina 10.15?
This means that the CC 2015 apps listed in this page are not compatible with Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey or Ventura. So we would suggest going with the newer CC 2019 or 2023 releases instead, as either of those should work for you:

hello… I had downloaded adobe photoshop cc 2015. but I did not find the password. Please tell how can I get it?
Sorry, not sure what you’re referring to… None of our offline installers have any password at all. They don’t now and never have, and you won’t be asked for one.
If you are asked for one, then it must be from a non-genuine file you downloaded elsewhere, which we definitely do not recommend.
ProDesignTools, You are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gosh – thanks so much, Jim! So glad we could help.
I tried installing photoshop cc 2018 on windows, it’s a trial version… can i get a link of a lifetime.
These links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, these downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software.
i want to install adobe illustrator for free on my macbook pro 10.13. kindly guide because it gives the 7 days trial version. I want to use it free all the time, need suggestions. thanks!
The installers should work fine and start out in a 7-day free trial. These links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, these downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software. All you need is a current subscription.
If you’re having any other specific problem, then just post back with the details.
I have a license for Acrobat Pro DC 2015, but when I try to run the installer (both when I download it from the link provided above and when I download it through my Adobe account under Products), it always gets stuck on the “Read Me” page that comes after the “Introduction” page. I am attempting this on a MacOS 14.1. Any suggestions?
Hi Anna,
Not sure, but you can try these steps:
1. Uninstall the Adobe app(s) using standard OS procedures.
2. Download & run the Adobe Cleaner Tool, remove the app(s).
3. Reboot your computer (don’t skip this step).
4. Start again from the top by reinstalling the tool(s) you want.
5. Make sure you are running the installer with full Administrator rights on your machine.
