Don’t know if I’m unlucky – but I asked both the email and chat support and they both told me that for Premiere Pro CC, offline install is not possible.
Hi Sandro, it’s unlucky because you got bad information, unfortunately…
Offline installers are definitely available and work for every single Creative Cloud 2020 app now, including Premiere Pro and all the others, even Adobe XD now too.
Are you a paid subscriber or a free trial user?
Please see our previous response above for more details.
PS – We have requested and received all the 2020 standalone installers from Adobe Customer Service, as have thousands of our readers…
So any subscribers who run into difficulty should simply try another agent who will give you the installers no problem.
If you don’t get a positive response within the first few minutes of the chat, then insist on being connected to a supervisor or simply disconnect and repeat with someone else.
You will succeed, so don’t give up.
I have downloaded CC 2019 from your website… I got a zip file. But after unzipping it, I’ve got 3 folders: Packages, Products, and Resources. So, what should I do to get CC 2019 installed on my lappy?
plz reply
Sure, it shouldn’t be too complicated. Does this help?
On Windows: Just unzip the downloaded file into a new folder, and then run the “Set-up.exe” executable file within that folder to begin the installation. Feel free to remove that folder once the installation has completed.
On macOS: Just double-click on the downloaded .dmg file to mount it on your computer and start the installation process.
hi Prodesign,
As you wrote, I installed it using set-up.exe – but after installing, it asked me to log in through either a facebook id, google account or gmail id. So I logged in through a google account and after verifying my information, it popped up a message that “Your 7-day free trial of photoshop CC”…
What to do, I thought this photoshop is for permanent use but now it is asking for only a 7-day free trial and after that buy it …… Can you give any suggestion.
Plz reply
The links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, the 2020 downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software.
@Akshay gupta
Do you already have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription? Use your Adobe CC login and it will give you access to the full activated program. If you don’t have a subscription, you’ll to need to register and sign up for one with Adobe.
These are not cracked versions, but official versions from Adobe. Prodesign is simply posting the Adobe links to make it easy for folks who are having trouble using the CC App for downloads.
Well put, thanks Louis!
I have been using 2014 till now. Want to try new releases of adobe suites.
Can you provide a list of all the CC2020 products whose standalone installers can be obtained from Adobe?
All of them. Every 2020 app.
(…even including Adobe XD, finally.)
thanks for your help
hi there – i seem to be struggling on how to access adobe after affects for editing, can i be provided some help?
Hi, not sure what you’re asking, exactly – by “how to access,” do you mean how to download it? How to install it? Or how to run or use it?
hi, i have been trying to access after effects on mac os (Mojave) but i am continuously getting stuck on the verification page. is there any way to fix this problem?
Hey Dee, what is the problem exactly with the verification page?
Thanks
“Install” needs to be updated.
“The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS (Catalina Version 10.15.6). Contact the developer for more information.”
– I can’t install the software. My current O.S. is “mac OS Catalina Version 10.15.6”
Which software/app and which version?
The Creative Cloud 2020 release here should run fine and is supported on on macOS Catalina.
PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME 30 DAYS OF ADOBE PHOTOSHOP FREE TRIAL DOWNLOAD
The Adobe Creative Cloud free trial is for 7 days and you can download it here:
http://www.TryCreativeCloud.com/
@ProDesignTools
the verification page just gets stuck at about 3/4 of the way and doesn’t move further. I’m not sure how to fix this, as i downloaded and deleted it a few times as well to see if that was the problem.
Which verification page are you referring to? Trying to understand, but not really sure what you mean; sorry.
Hello, I need the direct download links (offline installers) for the new 2020 releases of adobe premiere. Could you please help me?
Hello, please contact Adobe Customer Care directly and make that request from them:
http://www.ContactAdobe.com/
(We here do not have the offline installers to give you, but Adobe does.)
Why doesn’t adobe provide a standalone application ? I don’t want to download the creative cloud desktop app which gives me a lot of background processes that i don’t want.
The direct download links do provide standalone applications. You don’t need the Creative Cloud Desktop app to install them.
For answers on your other question, Adobe says all background services and processes play an important role… For further details, please see:
Why do I need the Adobe background processes?
@ProDesignTools
NO NO NO… MAKE IT EASIER
Sorry, Adobe packages the standalone installers as either zip or dmg files and there’s nothing we can do about that.
je veux le telecharger sans avoir besion de la connexion
Bonjour, please contact Adobe Customer Care directly and make that request from them:

hey, been trying to download your adobe media encoder app, but the link doesn’t work
Which version are you trying download from our Creative Cloud direct links – and what happens when you do?
Sorry, but we’d need more details in order to help you out…
Hi,
Looking at my news feed this morning shows that Lightroom classic 10 is released. After logging into our Adobe Teams admin account, I am unable to generate a package for the latest version.
Do you know what’s going on?
Cheers
Yes, stay tuned… Adobe’s big annual MAX conference starts here on Tuesday, October 20th:
Sign Up to Attend Adobe MAX 2020 – It’s All-Virtual and Completely Free!
Thank you, looks like I need to find my patience today – so many (not just Adobe-related) things coming out today (Australia time) that I’m in that “I want it now” mood… hehe
Here’s our overview of the new Creative Cloud 2021 release, out now:
The New Adobe CC 2021 Release Is Here – What You Need to Know
…and the latest on the 2021 offline/standalone installers:
Update on New Adobe CC 2021 Direct Download Links
“Unfortunately, I do not see any active subscriptions under your account. The offline installers are only available if there is an active subscriptions in the account. However, you can download the creative cloud desktop app from which you can install the apps.”
If anyone’s having difficulty getting the standalone installers from Adobe Customer Service, then it could be because you are a free trial user and not currently a paid subscriber.
But importantly, note that Adobe offers a 14-day money back guarantee on Creative Cloud subscriptions…
Meaning that that anyone who purchases a new plan can get a full refund within the first two weeks after the initial payment is made, with no questions asked. In that way, Adobe would really have to provide the new direct download links because you’d be a paid subscriber at that point.
In most cases, any plan cancellation can be made online without hassle. If you decide to continue your paid membership past the first 14 days, then the return period closes.
Hope those thoughts help.
Great news! The offline installers for the new Creative Cloud 2021 release are now available, and here’s our post out today on what you need to know:
How to Get New Adobe Creative Cloud 2021 Direct Download Links
let me know if this is a permanent or trial setup
The links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, the 2020 downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software.
Adobe got back to us about the Creative Cloud for Teams free trial. It is definitely still available.
If you go to this page on Adobe’s site and select the “Business” tab, then you will be offered a free trial of the Teams plan for 14 days with no credit card needed:
You can sign up for the Creative Cloud for Teams trial if you don’t have an Adobe account, have a free Creative Cloud membership, or have a paid individual subscription.
If you do not convert your trial plan into a paid subscription, your trial expires after 14 days. However, you do not lose access to the Admin Console even after your trial expires. You can still sign in to the Admin Console at any time to create new or additional CC installer packages which you can download and install anywhere, for use with any Creative Cloud plan (including the Individuals plans).
Again, the CC for Teams free tryout is currently offered in the U.S. only. We’re not sure if or when other countries will be included in the program.
Hi prodesigntools, when will the cc 2020 trial installers link be available? I am waiting for it since the year started, and I don’t have a credit card to buy a free trial on their website. Please release the installers as soon as possible.
Thanks for your interest! But sorry – as described in the article above, you have to contact Adobe Customer Care directly in order to get the new installer links:
http://www.ContactAdobe.com/
Unfortunately, there is currently nothing we can do about this.
However, we would also like to see the new 2021 direct links published by Adobe and made publicly available as well – as earlier releases have been – rather than each user having to contact Customer Support individually…
If you agree – and it sounds like you do – then please share your feedback with Adobe’s product teams to tell the company directly… plus spread the word to others you know!
Hi, can someone help me please. I upgraded my MacBook and now I can’t access Creative Suite 5.5. I still have the CD’s and serial numbers, but not a CD drive anymore and no external drive. I was given a link via the help chat that was useless, as the software didn’t download (started but never completed). Tried twice.
Need help please.
Hi Catherine,
External CD players which attach via USB are fairly inexpensive these days, but you can also try the original old Creative Suite downloads (circa 2011) which you can find in our collection of direct download links.
Hope that helps.
