1. I have Photoshop Elements 10 16-bit and would like to upgrade to the latest version of Photoshop elements. Is there a discount to upgrade to the latest version and how would I do this?

4. I am a former member of staff who purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 at the back end of 2019. I have just upgraded my PC and am having problems reinstalling Elements 2020, I do still have the product key for the item I purchased. the Adobe Order Number was # 235162, can you please assist me to download and activate my existing version of Photoshop Elements 2020.

5. I downloaded the 2020 PSE and it works with my Mac Catalina 10.15.7 – but when I purchased it, the serial number sent was for PSE 2023. However, Elements 2023 is not compatible with Catalina.

   Is there anything I can do to keep this 2020 version? Is there a way of purchasing a serial number for PSE 2020?

   • Greetings Kay,

     Sorry, but Adobe only sells the latest release of Elements (currently version 2023). It is impossible to buy any other version of Elements from Adobe’s site.

     You might still be able to find an old copy of Elements 2022 floating around in the retail space. Please note that Elements 2022 did also support macOS Catalina 10.15.7, while Elements 2023 does not.

     However, you are unlikely to still find a legitimate copy going as far back as Elements 2020. So if you can’t upgrade your Mac, then trying to find Elements 2022 might be your best bet. Just be wary for counterfeits:

6. Thank you so much for your response. If I can find a copy of 2022 after I do the trial download to see if it works, how do I tell if it’s legit?

   • As detailed in the article above, ONLY buy directly from a familiar retailer whose name you’ve heard of and trust… That is, if you can even still find that version.

7. Hi, I just downloaded the free trial of Elements 2024 to see if it would run on my 2019 Mac. It does, but it’s very laggy, as I suspected. Can I still get a copy of Elements 2020 which should run fine on my system?

8. I can not Get the Photoshop elements 2020 Editor – all I get is a adobe sign-in page and when I sign it says I am OK but no Editor appears.

   • Hello Gordon, we just tested those links and they still work fine for us.

     Did you try with a different web browser – or using another computer or device? That’s really the first thing to check.

     Also, are you restricting or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs? Adobe recommends turning those things off…

     Are you running any other utilities that might limit your web surfing? (like AdBlock, Ghostery, or similar) Or possibly your firewall, antivirus program (esp. Kaspersky), or other third-party security software?

     It could be because of over-aggressive software or utilities like these. Again, for downloads, Adobe suggests temporarily turning off anything that might be interfering.

9. Can I buy Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 from you?

     Sorry, we are independent publishers and don’t sell software… And Adobe only sells the latest release of Elements (currently version 2024).

     The serial keys are different for each year’s release, and it is impossible to buy a license any other version (besides the current one) from Adobe’s site.
